Best repair facility I have ever used out of the several I have done business with. The staff here are the true definition of professional. They are polite and honest. My 2001 Ford Excursion (7.3 powerstroke, with over 217,000 miles on it) shut down on me on my way to work so I had it towed to armstead in Holly since it was local and they had about the best ratings. Honestly given the condition of my excursion due to the previous owner, I was expecting to get put through the wringer by this shop but that isn't what happened at all. My truck arrived there Friday evening with an unknown problem which turned out to be an electical issue and they had it fixed and ready to go by Tuesday afternoon. They fixed what needed to be fixed to get my truck back on the road and showed me the damaged part when I came to get my truck and I think it was a wonder to them as well as myself that my truck was running with the condition the part was in. They followed covid safety protocol closely and have a clean, comfortable waiting room. I look forward to doing business with armstead again in the future for any automotive repairs I may need. Hats off to their staff and their establishment

Awesome, timely and honest service. Unlike alot of places these days this place seems to be full of staff that are friendly, professional and knowledgeable not just some hacks or backyard wannabes. Excellent customer service and a clean facility. Staff was extra careful to follow all covid safety protocols. Would strongly recommend to anybody looking for professional automotive service whether it be for gasoline or diesel repairs they do it all. They repaired my high mileage 2001 excursion (7.3 powerstroke) quickly and efficiently. I'm looking forward to doing business with Armstead in the future for any of my automotive needs.
