Very displeased! My daughters car had electrical issues. They couldn’t get the electrical issues to repeat itself while they had it. I asked them to keep it longer, to check it periodically. After two days of nothing, I picked the car up. The very next time my daughter started the car, the electrical issues were there, which makes me question whether they bothered to check it more than once. In addition, they wouldn’t let me user the mailer coupon I had because they didn’t do any work. Not even a split the cost compromise. Will not be returning.
Hello Jason, intermittent electrical issues can be very difficult to figure out. Especially when the vehicle does not act up for the technician. The jeep had multiple communication codes between the modules. My technician spent over three hours checking out your wiring harness. He inspected your CAN communication lines, inspected your control modules and TIPM for corrosion and for chaffing wires. Went on multiple test drives down bumpy roads and checked over your wiring harness for common rub points. You were only charged for one hour of electrical diagnostics. I feel we were very fair charging what we did. I am willing to look back into the issue if you can get it to repeat more often. -Ben A
