Currently, it's after 4pm and I'm sitting in the waiting area feeling disappointed that they've had the car ALL day with an appointment scheduled for 3pm, but they haven't even started to take a look at my vehicle. I left the car this morning and walked to my office. Maybe they pushed me back to serve other customers ahead of me since I was not sitting here waiting for the 3pm time slot? Not sure, but it's unfortunate since my schedule is incredibly tight this evening. Once a repair determination has been made, I will do my best to update this review - if things improve from this point.
