I had gotten into an accident and needed the car towed. I called AAA and they sent out Armstead. They quoted 45 minutes, but Kyle arrived in 15. He was not only quick but very friendly. It was late in the evening and he didn't want me to have to wait for my ride alone, he spoke to the police officer who gave me a ride home. It made a terrible experience much better.

Very happy on tow today. Driver was great. Five stars to this company from how fast they got me to where I had to go.

Armstead's is our go to shop for repairs and inspections. The staff is very polite and does not talk down to you if you're not knowledgeable. They have consistently demonstrated themselves to be honest and trustworthy. They don't mislead you into spending money you don't need to be spending. When (rarely) a repair fails under warranty, they own up to it and repair it. The pricing is competitive. Occasionally it's a little high, but the confidence of knowing they aren't ripping you off is more than worth it. You can't go wrong with Armstead's.
