I have been bringing my vehicle to you for some time now. Your service writers Jon and Matt are fantastic, but that is just a prelude to what you will experience from everyone there. You are treated with respect, and they listen to your thoughts and concerns. They treat you like a friend, not just a customer. Twice in the last month, my vehicle, untimely broke down. Armstead's is always accommodating, and quick to get me back on the road! If anyone is looking for a quality shop to get their car fixed or even just a oil change. Pull into their lot. If the State Police, and numerous other companies trust them to get their cars/trucks running, you know they will do the same for you! I trust these guys...And gals!!!

Another great job that was done quickly! We have three daily drivers in the family and next year that number grows to five. We will be bringing all of those drivers vehicles (Ford) tp Armstead Automotive!

My ball joint went out on my jaguar, a towing company from burton was afraid they would damage it more loading it up on the flat bed said I needed a tow and go. and for me to call another company. So Armstead Automotive came out and using the same equipment loaded my car with out damaging it by using a technique with a jack, My driver was Jared and he was fast and polite. GREAT WORK!

Horrible experience! My roadside assistance chose to use this company. My husband was on his way to work when our vehicle broke down, the man that came to tow was very rude! I was at home where he was to bring the car. He got here and thought he could just leave the car in the road which is not allowed where I live. After I said it has to go in the driveway, he had attitude. He left tire tracks in my yard and my neighbor across the street that we are having to repair!! Not only that but he left my vehicle hanging into the road. I had to go find a neighbor that was home to help me push it into my driveway! I took pictures and will forward my experience so people are aware. Maybe it was just that one man, but I will never use this company again.

Had a problem with my power steering. It was hard to figure out who to trust so i googled places ( i know nothing about fixing car problems)... is just so stressful when your car isnt working right! They have great ratings so i decided to go here, and i am so happy i did :) ..They were so friendly, fast, kept me informed on how it was coming alone as they worked on my car. I love this place. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Great crew. The Service Managers as well as the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my car that the dealer was not able to diagnose and repair. The mechanics at Armstead found the problem and fixed it.

MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INSURANCE CONNECTED ME WITH ARMSTEAD AUTOMOTIVE FOR TOWING TODAY. MY MINI COOPER, WHICH I AM VERY FOND OF HAD TO BE TOWED TO A MINI DEALERSHIP IN ANN ARBOR. KYLE, THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER, REPRESENTED YOUR COMPANY IN A FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. KYLE WAS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE MY CAR WITH CHAINS. I FELT VERY CONFIDENT THAT MY CAR IS BEING TOWED SAFELY. KYLE DID NOT NEGLECT TO MENTION THAT ARMSTEAD COULD ALSO WORK ON MY MINI FOR NON WARRANTY WORK. I WANTED TO GIVE KYLE A TIP TO BUY HIS LUNCH BECAUSE HE WAS SO KIND BUT, I HAD NO CASH IN MY HOUSE. NONE! SO IF SOMEONE WITH A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY COULD BY KYLE LUNCH, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT! KYLE WAS WONDERFUL AND BECAUSE OF HIS REPRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY, I WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN AND REFERRING YOU TO FRIENDS! THANK YOU!
