Had the car break down early this evening, Insurance company said tow will show upwith in 45 mns, but not more than 45mins. Jon Egerton from Armstead Automotive showed up within 25 mins, greeted me with a friendly professional demeanor. Very informative, worked hard getting my car up on the flat bed, talked to me on the way to the dealer to drop the car off. Was willing to stay with me until my wife arrived to pick me up, but she had just pulled up. This is my idea a great customer service.
