I have been to many auto repair shops in the Fenton, Linden, Holly area and they are the honest, quick, accommodating and helpful with prioritizing what work on my car needs care first. I was pleased with Armstead Automotive's towing services and will (hopefully not too often) be using them in the future. The driver, Jared, was friendly, helpful, and performed his job quickly and efficiently. The estimated wait time was spot on. I really have nothing bad to say about them.

I have been bringing my vehicle to you for some time now. Your service writers Jon and Matt are fantastic, but that is just a prelude to what you will experience from everyone there. You are treated with respect, and they listen to your thoughts and concerns. They treat you like a friend, not just a customer. Twice in the last month, my vehicle, untimely broke down. Armstead's is always accommodating, and quick to get me back on the road! If anyone is looking for a quality shop to get their car fixed or even just a oil change. Pull into their lot. If the State Police, and numerous other companies trust them to get their cars/trucks running, you know they will do the same for you! I trust these guys...And gals!!!

Another great job that was done quickly! We have three daily drivers in the family and next year that number grows to five. We will be bringing all of those drivers vehicles (Ford) tp Armstead Automotive!

My ball joint went out on my jaguar, a towing company from burton was afraid they would damage it more loading it up on the flat bed said I needed a tow and go. and for me to call another company. So Armstead Automotive came out and using the same equipment loaded my car with out damaging it by using a technique with a jack, My driver was Jared and he was fast and polite. GREAT WORK!

Horrible experience! My roadside assistance chose to use this company. My husband was on his way to work when our vehicle broke down, the man that came to tow was very rude! I was at home where he was to bring the car. He got here and thought he could just leave the car in the road which is not allowed where I live. After I said it has to go in the driveway, he had attitude. He left tire tracks in my yard and my neighbor across the street that we are having to repair!! Not only that but he left my vehicle hanging into the road. I had to go find a neighbor that was home to help me push it into my driveway! I took pictures and will forward my experience so people are aware. Maybe it was just that one man, but I will never use this company again.
