I did a ton of research on where to take my Duramax. Truck was giving me intermittent issues that I couldn't figure out. Armstead came up in search results as Duramax specialists and they did not dissappoint. Found the issue at a very affordable price and the trucks running like a dream. Oh, and it was also an issue the dealership couldn't figure out. Great shop!

Jon Egerton was a stud! Locked keys in car. Very difficult car to get into. Most would have given up. He stayed at it and had car openly at 11:45 pm. Thanks Jon and Armstead. Jon well done!!!!

Jon Egerton came out early this morning and was very patient and very kind. He worked quickly to get into my car which is known as one of the hardest vehicles on the market to get into. I locked my keys in my car last night and the cops spent 45 minutes trying to get in and couldn't! Then here comes Jon bright and early with a smile and amazing customer socializing. As he worked he explained to me why my car was such a tough one to get into and was just AWESOME! Thanks again man!
