Car broke down at a rest area. Company sent a driver by the name of Jon Egerton out to pick me up. Helpful, friendly, and above all quick. Couldn't hope for better service. Definitely calling these guys if I ever need help again.

We have had a lot of trouble with vehicles lately. 8 tows in all in less then 3 months, we've gotten Armstead 4 of those times! I wouldn't call anyone else. Kyle, Jon and Jared are all awesome. They are friendly and funny and alway ready to help even if it's not exactly what you called for. I would send anyone to them!!!! They are great!!!

After my car died on the side of the highway, Jon Egerton showed up to tow my car. My car would not go into neutral so he had to slide it on and off the wrecker. When sliding my car off, he deserved a standing ovation once it was back on the street. Such great service! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby!
