Jon Egerton came out early this morning and was very patient and very kind. He worked quickly to get into my car which is known as one of the hardest vehicles on the market to get into. I locked my keys in my car last night and the cops spent 45 minutes trying to get in and couldn't! Then here comes Jon bright and early with a smile and amazing customer socializing. As he worked he explained to me why my car was such a tough one to get into and was just AWESOME! Thanks again man!

Jon Egerton provided me with the best road side assistance ive ever had hands down. He was obviously very experienced got my vehicle up and secure in no time he was more than punctual in arriving. Jon Egerton was the guy with the truck :-) Showed up before estimated time, was very nice, professional and quick. My fuel pump went out on my truck & I needed a tow on a Sunday morning. Armstead Automotive was able to help me get my car to my local mechanic. Jon Egerton was my tow truck driver. He was professional, fast & courteous. What I thought was going to ruin my Sunday plans only turned out to be 45 minutes out of my day. Thanks again Jon for your help.
