I was rescued by Jack fro Armstead Automotive last week. He provided excellent, friendly and very professional service in recovering my disabled classic Motorcycle of which he took great care.

Jack was very thoughtful my new car not 2 months old wouldn't start . Called letting me know he was on his way. Towing service and care for my vehicle was impressive my domestic partner is a mechanic - body man jack answered his questions professionally and very curiously I say that only because most that know there job don't like to be questioned.

Jack worked really hard under difficult space conditions and blazing heat to get my suburban up on the deck. He took a lot of time and care to protect the vehicle as it was loaded and unloaded. He also drove us to the Tuffy and gave us a ride home. My 9 year old son and I were very grateful that Jack got us off the road and home safely. I highly recommend Armstead Automotive. This is a 5 star review.

THIS IS AN HONEST BUSINESS. THEY ALWAYS TE3LL YOU WHAT I HAVE TO DI FOR SAFETY. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO FIND PARTS AT A LOWER PRICE. IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE RIGHT THEY RE DO IT.

Excellent service. The young man Jack who showed up was more than prepared and very pleasant. He put me at ease Right away. It was a difficult situation as the front wheel was completely unusable. Both ball joints were shot and the axle was ruined. He was able to get it on the truck with no additional damage because of his attention and consideration and expertise. I was impressed. He delivered the vehicle In a very timely fashion. I was in good hands my truck is now fixed And thank you for sending me Jack.
