I called OnStar because my car wouldn't start. They contacted Cadillac roadside assistance who arranged for Jack from Armstead to tow my car. He did a great job! Very professional and took real care of me and my car. I also think this is the newest and cleanest tow truck I've ever seen.

John & Matt have been telling me for the better part of a 6 month now, "it's going to be time for some new tires soon". To be honest I wasn't to sure about getting tires that weren't from the big companies......since that's what I've done for the last 20 years. But I decided to trust them as I have always done and had the new Hercules tires installed......and get this! They were less expensive then the competition....better tire and amount of miles it will last ....every same benefit the big companies offer with tire purchases....rotation & balance etc......and they are just up the street! No more going to a major town waiting 2-3 hours just to get your tires rotated! Thanks guys!

Greg was my driver for towing my van. He was nice and polite. He explained everything to my mom and me about towing my van to Sam's club.

just bought new Camaro and was having issues with it. needed it towed to dealership. Greg showed up with flatbed and took great care loading my car. he really did a great job, and I appreciate it. THANKS GREG!!
