These people here! I would say amazing. Truly outstanding customer service. They came to tow us just as promised when all the other companies have us "maybes". Then while we sat in their office trying to coordinate ride & hotel, they offered to share their lunch. Customer service at its best.

Armstead Towing was sent to retrieve our vehicle via a roadside assistance plan. Very pleased with the service. The driver, Greg M. arrived when promised, was professional, courteous and very conscientious. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Quick and thorough service. Worked with scheduling and also the weather was terrible and all we very accommodating.

DO NOT USE ARMSTEAD TOWING IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! If it were possible to give a negative or zero star review this would be one of them. The tow truck driver put a hole in my front fender. The driver not only took pictures of the damage but admitted fault. 2 days later I called the company to see what was going to be done to resolve this issue because they never bothered to contact me afterwards. I was told that the towing manager would “call me back” now another 2 days later and still no response. Please save yourself the headache and call someone else.

Another great experience, just an oil change but fair price and a professional job.

Look no further!! Great service all around.
