Very satisfied with the professionalism, the follow up phone calls that came when promised, impeccable phone etiquette, and flexibility with the drop off and pick up of the vehicle as well as the payment options!! And absolutely Appreciate the honest brake evaluation and repair after we were told by another repair station our brakes needed to be completely replaced!! Thank you!!

My car is one that does not have a spare, but a compressor with some sealing goop that is supposed to seal a hole, unless the hole is the size of a quarter, I guess. Armstead was there in no time, friendly professional and quick. Will use them if I ever have an issue for towing and likely for car repair.

I am in charge of a fleet of vehicles at my work and i have used many repair shops, but none like this. Armstead was very quick and professional I will be taking my fleet to them for now on.

My daughter had a minor problem with the gas cap that caused an "Idiot Light" to come on. As a young driver, she followed our previous directions and immediately drove the vehicle to Armstead's. They quickly fixed the problem and didn't even charge us! As parents, we were thrilled that she went there so fast and that they handled it with great care!

I was very pleased with the tow truck driver kyle I had. I had my owe ride home for where I was broke down and being towed. My ride had not arrived yet. And I wasn't in the best part of town. And kyle stay and waited with me for my ride. He could have just left me standing there. He was very polite and he also got there faster then I was told he would be there. I am very pleased with their services and would recommend then. Thank you Kyle
