This shop is awesome. Gave me tips on how to maintain my vehicle. Didn't charge for obvious extra work they had to do . Stuck to the quoted price. Ben the manager went out of his way to explain to me the why the parts failed and how to prevent this in the future. Customer service does still exist.

Had a hole in transfer case and needed the rear end replaced on my truck. Armstead's assessed the problem quickly and gave me multiple options to fix the problems. Ben, Johnny, Tina and Jared all went above and beyond in keeping me up to date and providing the best service I could ask for. I even went back and got new tires and an oil change the following week because I was so happy with the service! Thank you, Armstead's!

I took my prized muscle car up to these guys thinking they were going to rake me for the type of car i had plus i was leary to take my baby to just any crackpot shop. This shop kept my car out of the rain and the lot because they knew how precious this vehicle was to me . They were fair to the quote given even though they had a ton of extra work to do to complete the job. Ben was willing to go out of his way to even pick me up to get my car. This is a REAL customer oriented shop. Lifelong customer from now on .
