So far my experience with Armstead Automotive has been wonderful and stress free. I was having a horrible experience with a shady/dishonest dealership repair shop so I called Armstead towing. Our truck was all the way down in Ann Arbor. They gave me an amazing price to come down and tow our truck back to the repair shop in Holly. Jon. E. came out immediately and even called me when he was about 30 minutes away. He was very friendly and got my truck on the flat bed in no time. He even asked to make sure I had a ride back home. Calling them was the best decision I have made all day. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fair price and to work with some friendly and honest people.

Our van now drives like new again! Matt and the whole crew worked to get our repairs done fast and kept us in the loop on the progress. Great Job!

I called Armstead Automotive for a tow when I found out I had a flat tire and my vehicle would not start. Jon Egerton called and advised me that he would be showing up 25 minutes ahead of the ETA that my insurance roadside assistance had told me.
