I could not start my car, would not even turnover. I called and talked to ben while I was at work and they picked up my car and took care of it the same day.

As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The front lobby is clean, organized and there is even water, pop and snacks available for free while I waited for my oil change. I also had my tires rotated and did complain about a vibration in the front end. Not only did they balance my wheels, they even took the time to powerwash each wheel out back (which were caked with mud) just to make sure it wasn't something more serious! It actually fixed my issue too! It's obvious this shop values it's customers and strives to go above and beyond to solve issues. Thanks everyone at Armstead Automotive!

I was very impressed with the Armstead Automotive Repair in Holy Michigan. Upon entering the property the outside was very clean and storage lot was completely fenced in which gave me a sense of relieve knowing i did not have to take everything out of vehicle . The area is well- lit and the property is near the main road which adds to my peace of mind that it is a safe area to leave my vehicle. Upon entering their business I was pleasantly surprised that the inside was extremely clean and looked very professional. I did not feel pressured to have any extra work done on vehicle other than what I requested but they did inform me as to what maybe of concern for me to think about for next time and they even sell tires which I was thinking of before the heavy snow does hit. All in all any additional work that I may have to have done I will take it there first due to professional and courteous attitude.
