We decided to try Armstead after getting a flyer in the mail. Our Expedition had been at another shop for almost a week. They wouldnt call us to update us. After we week the other shop claimed there were no issues with our Expedition. When we dropped our expedition off at Armstead it was after hours. We received a phone call first thing in the am letting us know they got the keys. The issues we had were found and parts were ordered. One part came late so someone stayed after hours to repair it! Everyone we spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful! We plan to use Armstead for any further issues with our cars.

I’ve lived in this town for many years and honestly have never used their services. I scheduled an oil change last week and was blown away at the entire experience. I secretly knew I had a few problems going on with my vehicle, but didn't know how to go about with getting it looked at. Afterwards, I was presented with a list (with pictures attached) on what was wrong and why! All my questions were answered without me ever having to ask. Jon was so courteous and knowledgeable with everything from start to finish. I highly recommend going here for ANY of your cars needs! Will definitely be back for any future vehicle maintenance!

My entire experience was met with knowledge and care!! The entire staff was so friendly and the waiting room was comfy with snacks and beverages available. All of my vehicles issues were repaired quickly and the costumer service was amazing!! Highly recommend!
