The guys at Armstead Automotive run a great auto center! They truly care about their customers. Their expert work and honest opinions saved me a ton of money! It's rare these days for me to be able to rate a business as "Top-notch" but Armstead Automotive really deserves it! Keep up the great work!

Quick and thorough service. Worked with scheduling and also the weather was terrible and all we very accommodating.

DO NOT USE ARMSTEAD TOWING IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! If it were possible to give a negative or zero star review this would be one of them. The tow truck driver put a hole in my front fender. The driver not only took pictures of the damage but admitted fault. 2 days later I called the company to see what was going to be done to resolve this issue because they never bothered to contact me afterwards. I was told that the towing manager would “call me back” now another 2 days later and still no response. Please save yourself the headache and call someone else.

Another great experience, just an oil change but fair price and a professional job.

There are very few modern day repair shops that hold old fashioned values. I am very fortunate to have found them a few years ago, and will go out of my way to get my vehicle to them, even if they have to tow it! Never have I experienced a company that is not only good at what they do, but they are compassionate about what they do! The whole staff from Jon the service writer, Steve and the rest of the technicians to Ben and John. These men LISTEN, and know that you know your vehicle better than anyone. They never look down on anyone, and are not only fair, they have heart. My brother is a technician for Toyota, he is my automotive advisor, and telling him of my Armstead experiences, he said, a shop like this is very rare! It's like a good old fashioned family doctor, you use them for life! And as long as I am living in South East Michigan, Armstead's will be my facility for everything automotive!

Plow truck at the State Park down the road broke down. John and his crew quickly got on it. They were overloaded with the Christmas day problems, and had to do a lot of catching up, they quickly got on it and got me back on the road. Thanks guys! John the owner personally gave me a ride to pick my truck up! Plowing the park is a big deal. Thanks guys! Hopefully John in service can get the after market blade figured out before the next snow! Tell John in service to order the plow shoes as well and bill them to VTS! One fell off when I got back to the park.
