Took in our daughter's vehicle for a scheduled oil change, tire rotate and general inspection. Everything was done professionally and on time. We utilized the after hours drop off system like we usually do and it worked out perfectly. My wife and I have been using Armstead Automotive since we moved to Holly Township in 1999 and we have always been pleased with their performance.

He rescued me after a couple who lived in the neighborhood wouldn't let me turn around in their driveway. He was very friendly and professional. These people here! I would say amazing. Truly outstanding customer service. They came to tow us just as promised when all the other companies have us "maybes". Then while we sat in their office trying to coordinate ride & hotel, they offered to share their lunch. Customer service at its best.
