This shop is awesome. Gave me tips on how to maintain my vehicle. Didn't charge for obvious extra work they had to do . Stuck to the quoted price. Ben the manager went out of his way to explain to me the why the parts failed and how to prevent this in the future. Customer service does still exist.

Had a hole in transfer case and needed the rear end replaced on my truck. Armstead's assessed the problem quickly and gave me multiple options to fix the problems. Ben, Johnny, Tina and Jared all went above and beyond in keeping me up to date and providing the best service I could ask for. I even went back and got new tires and an oil change the following week because I was so happy with the service! Thank you, Armstead's!

I took my prized muscle car up to these guys thinking they were going to rake me for the type of car i had plus i was leary to take my baby to just any crackpot shop. This shop kept my car out of the rain and the lot because they knew how precious this vehicle was to me . They were fair to the quote given even though they had a ton of extra work to do to complete the job. Ben was willing to go out of his way to even pick me up to get my car. This is a REAL customer oriented shop. Lifelong customer from now on .

What a great place!! Very clean waiting room, offering water and freshly brewed coffee. The day I stopped in they offered us bbq, chips and drinks. Such a great staff, I was working with Jared and he was very helpful, friendly and professional. Went in to get my tires changed and had a few other concerns and without hesitation Jared was willing to have the guys take a look and see what other problems may have been occurring. Would definitely recommend armsteed automotive to others and I will be returning In the future!

I have been to several different places to have my car looked at this past year. Paid alot of money delt with rude unhelpful people, and could never tell me whats wrong with my car. I was at Armstead today for inspection and they were able to tell me what was wrong with my car in 1 hour. Im very pleased with the professional service I received from Jared today. He took the time to explain what I needed and what I didn't need to have done on my car. He was very caring, professional and knowledgeable.
