Armstead Automotive has been servicing my vehicles for years. I always received top notch service!! John and his team are very professional and trust worthy.

I received a recommendation to Armstead from a long-time friend of John's. I was going to goto Belle Tire, but decided to take a chance with Armstead, and I'm happy I did. I was immediately greeted by a beautiful, and well-designed waiting area. In my opinion, this goes a long way, as it shows concern for their customers. Armstead's employees took the car for a test drive, noted my concerns, and fixed the issues promptly. Not onlynthat, but I had the joy of watching how friendly they were to their regular customers (Armsteads grew-up & live in Holly). I will certainly be a committed customer to Armsteads from now on.

My first time at armstead and was completely satisfied. The guys were courteous, professional and serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. They also communicated with me when the service was finished and when I could pick up the vehicle.

They always do a great job and print up what else may need to be fixed soon. I was able to get my car in quickly also.

I broke my windshield wipers by attempting to use them to remove a bit of ice. Stupid move. But calling Armstead before the next storm started and asking if they could replace the wipers later that day was a good move. The tech gave me a choice in two grades of wipers. I went with the cheapest because we tend to stay home in bad weather. I didn't get through the front third of a magazine before the job was finished.

I could not start my car, would not even turnover. I called and talked to ben while I was at work and they picked up my car and took care of it the same day.

As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The front lobby is clean, organized and there is even water, pop and snacks available for free while I waited for my oil change. I also had my tires rotated and did complain about a vibration in the front end. Not only did they balance my wheels, they even took the time to powerwash each wheel out back (which were caked with mud) just to make sure it wasn't something more serious! It actually fixed my issue too! It's obvious this shop values it's customers and strives to go above and beyond to solve issues. Thanks everyone at Armstead Automotive!

Great to have auto repair so close to home. Was given an appointment the next day after I called. Staff polite, waiting area clean. Began service on my car at scheduled time. Fast service. Would recommend to others. Thanks🤗
