Curtious and professional but gouging and incorrect.( not just a little in this case) If your happy with your experience then good , but if your looking for a new guy well....I think pulling my truck and sending it back to the place that was... "too far to drive".... saved me 1500 ( plus the extras for them to figure out what really was needed. I should have known something was up when the guy on the phone was a googling one of the common repair for a 99-2007 silverado with me on the phone. Maybe its not their wheel house or possibly they did not want to do the job but, don't BS me. Honesty is the best policy.This could have been a beautiful relationship but all I have to say about that is ..Props to Harrold's frame shop in Novi. I will continue to "drive too far"

I know another shop told you some of the components we found were not bad enough to replace. But I just wanted to let you know that your trust is very important to me. I would love the chance to personally re-inspect your vehicle with you. It would give me peace of mind knowing you are safe. If those parts are within the factory tolerances, I would definitely need to have a discussion with my service technician.
